Vineyard located at the very south end of the east bench in Osoyoos . Very well maintained. Vines were planted in 1999 except for the Petit Verdot (~2013). I have lab test for smoke residue and possibly some fermented wine tests available if the winery is willing. I’m told the results are coming in much lower.

Merlot approximately 10 tons.

Cabernet Sauvignon, 25-30 tons.

Petit Verdot 2.5 tons.
