Role Overview
Noble Ridge Vineyard and Winery is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing Director to lead our brand through its next chapter of growth. This senior role is responsible for expanding brand reach, strengthening customer relationships, and transforming creative marketing initiatives into sustained commercial success across all sales channels. In this leadership position, you will shape and advance Noble Ridge’s brand voice through integrated marketing programs, expanded public relations efforts, and a robust digital and social media presence.
The successful candidate brings extensive marketing experience within the wine or luxury goods sector, exceptional relationship-building skills, and an ability to lead teams, manage partners, and achieve strategic objectives. You will oversee all marketing functions, cultivate key partnerships, and ensure alignment across all Noble Ridge’s activities to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Sales and Hospitality and tasting room teams to create memorable guest experiences that foster loyalty and grow the Noble Ridge community both on-site and beyond.

Core Responsibilities
• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, including budgeting, promotions, KPIs, and performance measurement.
• Design and execute an integrated marketing roadmap that enhances brand awareness, increases tasting room visitation, and accelerates Wine Club growth.
• Manage and collaborate with external partners, including creative and media agencies, to extend Noble Ridge’s reach and influence.
• Plan digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, search, and paid advertising platforms to build engagement and demand.
• Coordinate and execute wine club activities including communication and packing logistics.
• Manage website content, updates, and overall digital brand presence.
• Collaborate in the creation and execution of on-site and off-site events that attract media attention, strengthen relationships, and acquire new customers.
• Lead brand storytelling initiatives that clearly communicate Noble Ridge’s premium positioning and luxury identity and ensure brand alignment across all communications.
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of professional photography and video production to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay informed on market trends and consumer behavior to guide strategy and identify opportunities.
• In partnership with the Senior Director of Sales and Hospitality, convert marketing initiatives into revenue growth across direct-to-consumer, Wine Club, and wholesale channels.
• Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade functions, and professional forums.
• Deliver regular performance updates and budget reports to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years of marketing leadership experience, within the wine or luxury consumer space.
• Strong expertise in premium and luxury brand strategy.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Solid financial literacy and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
