Premium Wine Grapes Available – Osoyoos, British Columbia

Quality wine grapes available from an established vineyard located on the desirable southwest side of Osoyoos, BC, one of Canada’s premier wine-growing regions. The vineyard benefits from the area’s warm climate, abundant sunshine, and ideal conditions for producing ripe, expressive red wine varietals.

Available acreage and estimated yields:

• Cabernet Sauvignon – 4 acres of 14-year-old vines, yielding approximately 16 tons

• Merlot – 3.5 acres of 14-year-old vines, yielding approximately 15 tons

• Cabernet Franc – 3.5 acres of 4-year-old vines, yielding approximately 11 tons

The mature Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blocks are well-established and consistently productive, while the younger Cabernet Franc vines are entering strong production with excellent fruit potential. All vineyard blocks are carefully managed to promote vine health, balanced yields, and quality fruit suitable for premium winemaking.
