This engaging field day invites you into active vineyard sites in Osoyoos\, where we’ll explore real-world applications of biodiversity practices that support healthy vineyards and resilient ecosystems. \nThrough hands-on demonstrations and open discussions\, participants will gain insights into: \n\nReplanting\nCover crops and identification\nSoil health and amendments\nBiodiversity in the vineyard\nIdentifying and mitigating the spread of invasive species\n\n📍 Tour Stops Include: \n\nLa Stella (Enotecca)\, Osoyoos: 8123-148 Ave\, Osoyoos\, BC\, VOH 1VO\n\n\nTBD\n\nContributors: Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada\, UBC\, BC Living Labs\, BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food\, BC Grapegrowers’ Association\, BC Wine Grape Council + Sustainable Winegrowing BC\, and Okanagan and Similkameen Invasive Species Society. \n📝 Registration is required. \n💲 Free to attend \n📄 Full Itinerary will be available closer to the event. \nWhat to Bring: Comfortable walking shoes\, weather-appropriate clothing\, water bottle\, and a notepad if desired.
